Acoustic Camera

Microphone array and beamforming that show sound as an image, locating noise sources on running machinery.

Acoustic Camera
Noise problems are hard to fix when you can't tell where they start. The SONITA Acoustic Camera turns sound into a picture, so you can find the source in seconds. Its 64 microphones capture sound from every direction, our software calculates where each sound comes from, and a color map appears on live video, with red marking the loudest spot. This lets you pinpoint noisy parts and leaks without taking machines apart, stop guessing and focus on what really needs fixing, and spot wear and faults before they become breakdowns. Smart tools make the job even easier: Peak Tracking finds the loudest point automatically, while Circle Focus lets you listen only to the sound from the area you choose. On the production line, the camera connects to PLC and IoT systems and gives automatic OK/NG results to prove product quality. From machinery, motors, fans, and compressors to bearings, HVAC systems, air leaks, and production lines, the SONITA Acoustic Camera turns invisible sound into visible information.

Applications

Software Feature

Software Feature

The SONITA Acoustic Camera turns the sound you hear into a picture you can see. A color heatmap appears on live video, showing exactly where the sound is coming from and how loud it is, with red marking the loudest spot. Every measurement can be recorded and analyzed later using our own in-house software, developed by SP Sonic to give you clear results and full control over your data.
